The Windy Hill Farms HOA is a non-profit corporation that serves the needs of the neighborhood and its homeowners. All of the details that concern how the HOA operates are available on the Documents page.

Minutes are to be kept of each meeting and will be provided upon written request. Click here for a blanket agenda for the Board of Directors meetings. The HOA is managed by a Board of Directors, which normally consists of five homeowners elected from the neighborhood. The Board may always be contacted via email at one of the addresses listed below. Management Company

The HOA retains a management company that performs a variety of functions for the Board, such as vendor negotiations and standards enforcement.

The Association has recently upgraded the pool access system, and 2018 pool cards held by homeowners are not operational. One new pool card will be issued to each home free of charge.

You can request a pool card through the Spectrum website. You may need to register for an account through if you have not already. Once you are signed into the Spectrumam website, there is a drop down at the top that says amenities, click on pool, then scroll down and click sign waiver. This will take you to a website where you can fill out the online pool waiver after selecting the proper drop downs to identify that you are wanting a pool card. Check the “purchase new device” bubble. You will not need to pay if you have not yet received your card. Your filled out waiver will be sent to our administrator and they will get a card mailed to you. There is a 2 card per household limit. The second card is $10.
