HOA Swimming Pool Cards NEW 2019 WHF POOL CARD DISTRIBUTION – The Association has recently upgraded the pool access system, and 2018 pool cards held by homeowners are not operational. One new pool card will be issued to each home free of charge.

You can request a pool card through the Spectrum website. You may need to register for an account through www.spectrumam.com if you have not already. Once you are signed into the Spectrumam website, there is a drop down at the top that says amenities, click on pool, then scroll down and click sign waiver. This will take you to a website where you can fill out the online pool waiver after selecting the proper drop downs to identify that you are wanting a pool card. Check the “purchase new device” bubble. You will not need to pay if you have not yet received your card. Your filled out waiver will be sent to our administrator and they will get a card mailed to you. There is a 1 card per household limit at this moment.

HOA Landscaping Landscaping – please read! – We are preparing for big changes at Windy Hill Farms with the new landscaping company that is starting with us on Monday, April 15. We want to ask the homeowners to please address specific concerns to help the community maintain its beauty:

  • If you own a home along Heritage, we ask that you please trim your trees that overhang the brick wall to a height of nine feet.
  • Consider putting out weed and feed agents on your yard or hiring a landscaping company to assist you in preventing weeds and keeping turf healthy.
  • Growing season is upon us, and regular grass trimming, edging, and weeding is important to maintain a nice looking home. Please be a good neighbor and maintain your yards for yourself and for your community.
  • If your yard is bare of grass, now is the time to plant sod. Planting early in the season and watering well is important to keeping new grass alive and healthy.

Additionally, in case you have not heard, the pool has a new access system and everyone will need new cards. You can pick up a new card at the annual meeting or you can get one every Wednesday in May between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the clubhouse.
