Pictures of the offense are provided on every violation. However, if you are unclear what is continuing to cause the violation please reach out to Spectrum or the board AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We are very willing to work with homeowners who try to resolve issues in a timely manner.
The HOA assesses tree issues on a case by case basis. Course of actions might include tree removal, trimming, or nothing. If the tree caused damage to your property during a storm, please email the board at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please reach out to Spectrum management to reserve the clubhouse. You will be required to sign a waiver and provide a security deposit.
