Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I have been issued a fine for a violation I took care of. How do I resolve the issue?

Pictures of the offense are provided on every violation. However, if you are unclear what is continuing to cause the violation please reach out to Spectrum or the board AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We are very willing to work with homeowners who try to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Q: A tree in the common area is impacting my home. What should I do?

The HOA assesses tree issues on a case by case basis. Course of actions might include tree removal, trimming, or nothing. If the tree caused damage to your property during a storm, please email the board at board-dg@windyhillfarmshoa.com

Q: How do I reserve the clubhouse?

Please reach out to Spectrum management to reserve the clubhouse. You will be required to sign a waiver and provide a security deposit. Please note, you must be current on your dues to reserve the clubhouse. Your security deposit will be refunded after your event. https://spectrumam.com/facility-reservation/ 

Q: My roof has hail damage. Do I need to submit an ACC request to replace it?

If you are using one of the shingles listed here then you do not need to submit a request. If you would like to use a shingle NOT LISTED  then please submit a request to the ACC via the Spectrum website  https://spectrumam.com/property-improvement/submit-request/ .

Q: There is damage in a common area. How do I report it?

You can report issues in the neighborhood via the Spectrum website  https://spectrumam.com/report-a-common-area-issue/ . You many also email the board directly at board-dg@windyhillfarmshoa.com 

Q: How to I get a replacement pool card?

Please log into your Spectrum account to request a new pool card.  https://spectrumam.com/pool-gate-waiver/
